摘要
针对往复活塞式内燃机扭矩和转速适应性系数小的缺点,提出了一种增扭扩速装置的设计方案.采用机电混合传动的方式调节发动机输出的扭矩特性曲线的形状,扩大了发动机输出曲线的转速范围和扭矩范围,使其扭矩和转速适应性系数均大于2.该装置可以替代液力变矩器,应用于对动力传动装置体积和重量有严格要求的履带式车辆.
A speed and torque expansion device was proposed for reciprocating piston internal combustion engine to increase the coefficient of torque reserve and the coefficient of speed reserve. Electro-mechanical hybrid transmission was adopted to change the engine output speed-torque curve and both coefficients were increased to more than 2. This paper introduced the composition of the device, the design principles, working process, output characteristics and measures to improve the efficiency of the device. The device can replace the torque converter used in tracked vehicles which have strict size and weight requirements for power transmission devices.
