整车数字化建模环境软件的开发

摘要 以某平台项目为研究背景,在分析了车辆整车数字化设计体系构建的基础上,基于Pro/ENGINEER开发了整车数字化建模环境软件,主要用于解决重型车辆在总体设计过程中的选型、总布置、性能仿真计算等阶段的信息流耦合处理等问题.同时还集成了一些自开发的辅助设计工具,以方便总体设计人员进行相关设计计算工作. Based on the background for platform of vehicle, the construction of digital design system is analyzed, and a Pro/ENGINEER-based digital modeling environment is developed. The digital modeling environment is used to solve the problem of information flow coupling in the stages of configuration, layout and simulation for overall design of heavy vehicle. Several aided design tools are integrated into the digital modeling environment concurrently, which can be convenient for designer to develop and calculate.
