摘要
根据目前水利工程勘测设计招标工作中存在问题,拟提出可研设计一体化招标模式,并针对可研设计一体化招标模式解决勘测设计招标模式现实问题的有效程度进行了实证调研。最后,详细阐述了可研设计一体化招标模式的定义与内容以及其对于勘测设计招标模式的优势与不足。
In order to avoid the problems caused by defects of hydraulic project reconnaissance-design bidding mode,feasibility-design integration bidding model was proposed;and to some extend,the efficiency to solve these defects by this new mode was analyzed.Finally,the definition and content of feasibility-design integration bidding model were given in this paper,and advantages and disadvantages of it were also discussed.
