摘要
经过严格的表面消毒后,从成年橡胶树各组织中分离47份内生细菌。各组织中的内生细菌数量和种类由多到少分别为树根、花序、树皮、叶柄、叶片和果实。以橡胶树多主棒孢病菌Corynes-pora cossiicola(Berk&Curt.)Wei和炭疽病菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz.为指示菌,从中筛选出有较好作用的2个菌株,菌落形态观察、生理生化特征鉴定和16S rDNA序列分析表明它们是枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis和莫哈韦芽孢杆菌B.mojavensis。
Forty seven isolates were separated from different tissus of matured rubber after strict surface sterilization.The amounts and species of endophytic bacteria in rubber demonstrated a decreasing trend in the tissues from root,inflorescence,bark,petiole,lamina and fruit.Corynespora cassiicola and Colletotrichum gloeosporioides isolated from rubber were used as indicative pathogens and two strains with relatively strong antimicrobial effect were screened.The colony figure observation,characteristic of physiological and biochemical and sequence analysis of 16S rDNA showed the two strains were Bacillus subtilis and B.mojavensis respectively.
