床身端面加工精度的研究

Research on machining precision of bed end surface

通过对床身端面加工方法的分析,提出了保证床身导轨与端面垂直度的方法;从工艺要求阐述了落地镗铣床设备的合理布局型式;提出了选购机床设备时对滚动导轨结构型式的选择要求。

In the paper,by analysis of machining method of bed end surface,the method of how to guarantee the upright accuracy of bed ways and end surface is put forward,the reasonable position type of floor-type milling boring machine is expounded,and the choosing request of rolling guideway structure type in buying machine tool equipment is brought forward.
