摘要
试验研究了不同掺量的玄武岩纤维对高性能混凝土和易性、抗压强度、抗折强度和抗拉强度的影响。结果发现,掺入玄武岩纤维后,混凝土的坍落度略有降低,但粘聚性能和保水性大大提高,且7d抗压强度和28d抗折强度明显提高。试验结果还表明,在水泥砂浆中掺入乱向短切玄武岩纤维后,其强度及抗裂性能均得到改善。此外,在低掺量情况下,玄武岩纤维与聚丙烯纤维对混凝土增强、增韧性能的影响基本一致。
The effects of different dosages of basaltic fiber on workability,compressive strength,flexural strength and tensile strength of high performance concrete are researched by experiment.The results indicate that after adding basaltic fiber,the slump of concrete is slightly decreased,but cohesion properties and water retention are greatly increased.7d compressive strength and 28d flexual strength are obviously increased.Experimental results also show that after adding random short-cut basaltic fiber into cement mortar,the strength and crack resistance of mortar are both improved.Besides,under the situation of low dosage,the influences of basaltic fiber on reinforcing and toughening performances of concrete are basically identical with the influences of polypropylene fiber.
