严寒地区聚丙烯纤维砂浆应用于陶粒混凝土墙体抗裂的性能研究 被引量:3

Study on Crack Resistance Property of Ceramic Concrete Wall Applied by Polypropylene Fiber Reinforced Mortar in Cold Areas

摘要 针对严寒地区陶粒混凝土砌块墙体极易产生裂缝的现状,在墙体饰面砂浆中掺加聚丙烯纤维以改善砂浆的抗裂性能。试验研究了聚丙烯纤维长度及掺量对陶粒混凝土砌块墙体饰面砂浆的抗压、抗折、抗裂性能的影响。结果表明,聚丙烯纤维的最佳长度为15mm,最佳掺量为0.15%~0.20%。 For the status of ceramic concrete block wall causing cracks easily in cold areas,the crack resistance of mortar can be improved by adding the polypropylene fiber in the wall facing mortar.The effects of the length and dosage of polypropylene fiber on compressive strength,flexural strength and crack resistance of facing mortar in ceramic concrete block wall are researched by experiment.The results show that the optimum length of polypropylene fiber is 15mm,and the optimum dosage is 0.15%~0.20%.
