摘要
现浇混凝土CBM自稳型内模空心楼盖具有轻质高强、抗振动性能及保温隔音性能好的优点,而且施工方便,经济实用。工程实践表明,抗浮是混凝土空心楼盖施工的关键技术,施工过程中只要加强对CBM管安装固定、混凝土浇筑等关键工序的质量控制,空心楼盖施工质量就可以得到有效保障。
The self-stabilization CBM tubes in cast-in-place concrete of hollow floor have the advantages of light weight,high strength,anti-vibration,heat preservation and good sound proof performance,furthermore,it is easy to be constructed,economical and practical.The engineering practice proves that anti-floating is a key technique in construction of cast-in-place concrete of hollow floor,and the quality of hollow floor will be effectively guaranteed as long as the quality control of the key programs such as the firm-installment of CBM tubes and the process of pouring concrete,is strengthened.
