摘要 通过静态试验研究有机粘土对酸性染料废水的吸附行为,采用XRD对有机粘土进行表征.研究了pH值、有机粘土用量及废水质量浓度对吸附效果的影响,并对其吸附机理进行初步探讨.得出了有机粘土吸附酸性染料废水的优化条件:当有机粘土用量为1.5 g、废水初始CODCr为3 578 mg/L时,有机粘土吸附量为91.80 mg/g,CODCr去除率为76.97%.在溶剂化效应和分配作用的共同作用下,有机粘土对酸性染料废水的吸附等温线呈S型.酸性条件有利于有机粘土对酸性染料废水的吸附.有机粘土多次吸附酸性染料废水后仍有吸附能力,随着吸附次数的增加,有机粘土对污染物的吸附量逐渐降低. The adsorption of acid dye wastewater with organic clay was studied by static tests.Meanwhile,organic clay was characterized by means of XRD.The effect of pH,dosage of organic clay and concentration of wastewater on the adsorption was studied,and the adsorption mechanism was discussed.The optimal condition of adsorption of acid dyes was: dosage of organic clay was 1.5 g.Under the optimal condition,when the initial CODCr was 3 578 mg/L,the adsorption of organic clay was 91.80 mg/g,the removal of CODCr was 76.97%.Under the solvating effect and distributional effect,the adsorption isotherm of acid dyes wastewater with organic clay is S type.Organic clay had better absorption ability with acid dyes under acid condition.Organic clay still had absorption ability after repeated absorption of acid dyes wastewater,and the adsorption amount of pollutant gradually decreased with the adsorption times increasing.
