摘要
提出一种基于轮廓跟踪算法的虹膜定位算法.该算法先通过像素点扫描查找二值虹膜图像中轮廓的起始点,然后由起始点进行轮廓查找、轮廓编码、轮廓筛选确定虹膜内轮廓,再通过虹膜外轮廓和巩膜间的灰度突变点到内轮廓圆心距离的平均值确定外轮廓半径,实现虹膜内、外轮廓的定位.实验结果表明,该算法具有较快的定位速度、较高的准确率,性能稳定.
A new algorithm for iris localization was proposed on the basis of contour following,and the new algorithm improved the real-time and accuracy of iris localization.Firstly,the algorithm scans the input binary iris image to find out the start point of the contour.Then after a series of procedures of contour finding,contour coding and contour filtering,the iris inner contour is located.Finally,the radius of iris outer contour is got by calculating the average distance between the center of inner contour and gray catastrophe points which are located at outer contour of iris and sclera.This algorithm was testified by JLU-IRIS and CASIA iris database,and the results were satisfied.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can improve the speed and accuracy,and is further more stable.
