The main characteristics of the YanHua PCL1721 are introduced, which has functions such as waveform output with 10 MHz maximum update rate, auto calibration function and a card ID and so on. It＇s the perfect choose in the application of fast and continuous simulation output or real-time waveform output. The correct mode of signal connection has been given. The method of producing virtual signal based on the PCI-1721 in the applications of some simulator is discussed. The wavelet output is implemented by direct memory access （DMA） with PT_FAOWaveFormStar and DRV_FAOWaveFormStart.
