氢氟酸介质中铝缓蚀剂的研制与评价 被引量:2

摘要 研制了一种氢氟酸介质中铝缓蚀剂,并采用了失重法、电化学方法和金相显微镜分析法对该缓蚀剂进行了评价。实验结果表明,该缓蚀剂具有优良的缓蚀性能、抗高温性能、抗干扰性能和抗非均匀腐蚀性能。研究结果表明,该缓蚀剂在氢氟酸质量分数不大于10%、温度不高于60℃时,对铝具有优良的缓蚀作用。该缓蚀剂属于混合型缓蚀剂,同时抑制阳极过程和阴极过程。在该缓蚀剂存在的氢氟酸介质中,铝不产生点蚀、晶间腐蚀等非均匀腐蚀现象。 A kind of corrosion inhibitor of aluminum in hydrofluoric acid was developmented. The property of the inhibitor was evaluated by weight-loss method ,electrochemical method and metallurgical microscope. It was shown by the result that the inhibitor has high inhibition effect and properties of anti-temperature, anti-interferenc and anti-nonuniform corrosion. It is showen by the results that the inhibitor has excellent corrosion inhibition when the mass fraction of hydrofluoric acid is not more than 10% and the temperature is not above 60~C. The corrosion inhibitor is a kind of electrochemical mixed type inhibitor. It can inhibit anode reaction and cathode reaction at the same time. There is no nonuniform corrosion ( such as spot corrosion, intererystalline corrosion etc. ) on aluminum in hydrofluoric acid solution with the corrosion inhibitor.
