跨境人民币融资问题研究

随着跨境贸易人民币结算试点的推进,与跨境贸易相关的跨境人民币融资需求也随之上升。本文主要研究跨境人民币贸易融资和项目融资。目前,在跨境人民币贸易融资操作中,存在汇率避险工具不发达、有关法律、政策不尽完善、明确等问题。在项目融资操作中,海外人民币存量较小、境外借款方缺乏人民币还款来源,以及汇率避险工具缺乏、境外借款方的汇率风险等问题也较为突出。针对上述问题,本文提出了相应的政策建议。

With the advance of pilot program of RMB settlement of cross-border trade transaction,the cross-border trade related RMB financing need rise.This paper studies cross-border trade finance and project finance of RMB.At present,in the cross-border trade finance operations of RMB,there are many problems such as lack of exchange rate hedging instruments,or unclear relevant laws and policies.In project finance operation,the problems such as the scarcity of overseas RMB and the foreign exchange rate risk of the overseas borrower are also prominent.In response to these problems,this paper puts forward policy recommendations.
