Ideology Analyses of College Active Candidates Joining CPC and Education-guide Countermeasures

通过实地调查,并运用SPSS13.0数据分析软件进行数据统计,分析比较了高校不同群体入党积极分子的真实思想动态及差异性。为增强大学生思政教育工作的针对性、实效性,从"教育引导目标定位、树立人本价值观、党务工作队伍建设、保持学生党员的先进性教育、处理好学生党员数量与质量的关系"五个方面提出了积极的应对措施。

Based on the statistical results of recent questionnaire, derived via the data--analytical software--SPSS13. 0, the paper puts much emphasis on the ideology analysis of college active candidates joining CPC. True and different ideologies among groups are discusses in more detail. Then for the betterment of college ideological and political education,the paper puts forward five countermeasures accordingly,such as ＂orientating education--guide target＂, ＂setting up the humanistic value＂, ＂construc- ting party functionaries team＂, ＂maintaining the advancing education of student party members＂ as well as ＂balancing the amount and quality of student Party members ＂
