摘要 青年教师是地方高校课堂教学的重要力量,由于他们缺乏专门的、系统的师范教育职业技能训练,对课堂教学内容的传授、补充及课堂教学举例、教学手段的使用等方面存在着误区。帮助青年教师树立现代课堂教学理念,加强学科教学理论学习、提高课堂教学艺术水平,合理使用PPT进行教学,正确处理教材内容与课外知识补充的关系和增强教学反思意识是他们提高课堂教学质量的重要保证。 Young teachers are the main force in local university classroom teaching. As a result of their lack of systematic normal vocational skills training,they have some typical misunderstanding in classroom courses teaching,supplement,giving teaching examples and the use of teaching method. The following are important guarantee to improve the quality of teaching:to help the young teachers to establish modern classroom teaching principles,to strengthen course teaching principle learning,to enhance course teaching art level, to use PPT reasonably, to deal with the relationship between teaching material and extracurricular knowledge supplement correctly and to deepen their teaching reflection consciousness.
