摘要
建构主义理论认为学生是教学的主体,强调"情境"的重要作用,主张协作学习,能克服传统教学模式存在的问题。运用建构主义理论创新公安院校证据法教学模式,一要以学生为主体,优化证据法课程设置;二要强化"情境教学",改革教学手段和方法;三要加强证据法教师的队伍建设;四要改革证据法考核机制。
Constructivist learning theroy emphasizes that student is the centre of learning. It advocates the importantance of the "situation" and spirit of collaboration. We can innovate teaching method of the envident law by using this theory, so that teach- ing method in police college will be suitable for the reform of the police training mode in the new era.
