摘要
铁路系统应保有适当数量的货车.长期以来,这一问题一直没有得到应有的重视和研究,货车车型和数量与路网规模和运量不匹配已经对我国铁路运输产生了不良影响,货主请求车的承认率长期处于很低的水平.在定义"路网合理货车承载量"及"货车承载系数"概念的基础上,分析了路网货车承载量对路网运输能力的影响.通过对现在车数量合理、分布正常的基本特征及路网货车最佳承载系数影响因素的详细论述,提出了依据行车量来确定合理路网货车承载量的定额计算法,为判别全路或铁路局、地区货车分布的合理性及制定新造和购买货车规划提供了理论依据.
The railway system should possess an advisable number of wagons.However,the problem has not been drawing people's attention and has been studied for a long time.Consequently,the wagon stock inconsistent with the railway network size and traffic has brought about an unfavorable effect to the railway transportation and the rate to satisfy the requirements of the consigners is in the very low level.In this paper,the concepts of railway network wagon accommodating coefficient and appropriate amount are put forward;the affects of the amount of wagon stock to the railway transport capacity are analyzed;the characteristics of the situation that the network owns appropriate number of wagons and the wagons are normally distributed in the network,and the factors effecting the value of the optimal wagon accommodating coefficient are dissertated.On this basis,the algorithm on determining the reasonable network wagon accommodating amount according to the railway's traffic is brought forward to provide the academic evidences for adjudging the rationality that whether the railway or the administration or the railway region has been reasonably allocated with wagons,and for making the scheme of adding the wagons to the railway.
