Thought and Settlement of Malfunction for Improper Emergency Brake of HX_D3 Electric Locomotive

对一起HXD3型电力机车紧急制动误动作故障进行了分析,找到了存在于机车重联插座内的故障根源,提出了运用段处理HXD3型电力机车CCB-Ⅱ制动机故障的思路,并针对重联插座密封可靠性的问题提出了改进意见。

The paper analyzes the malfunction which happened improperly on emergency brake of HXD3 electric locomotive and finds the source of malfunction lying in coupling socket of locomotive.Meanwhile,it points out how to deal with the malfunction of CCB-Ⅱ brake in HXD3 electric locomotive for users and gives some suggestions to improve the sealed reliability of coupling socket.
