摘要
本文基于企业价值理论和技术创新理论,建立了影响企业价值和技术创新能力的指标体系,并选取了我国58家上市公司的数据,运用多元回归分析、因子分析方法,对基于企业技术创新能力的企业价值增长进行实证检验,得出我国企业技术创新能力与企业价值增长正相关,但我国企业技术创新对企业价值增长贡献还不高,企业经营能力与资源有效结合可以提升企业价值等结论。
The article is based on the theory of enterprise value and technical innovation,and has established the index system of growth of enterprise value in basing technological innovation capability.Then the author selects 58 listed companies in China,using multiple regression analysis,factor analysis,and basing on empirical testing of technological innovation capacity.It concludes that innovation capacity and enterprise value growth is in a positive correlation,but the technical innovation of enterprise does not contribute to enterprise value growth greatly,and effective business combination can enhance enterprise value.
