动脉压迫止血器应用于脑血管病介入术后的效果观察

THE EFFECT OF ARTERY CONSTRICTING HEMOSTAT APPLIED IN CEREBROVASCULAR DISEASE INTERVENTIONAL OPERATION

目的探讨动脉压迫止血器在经皮股动脉行脑血管病介入术后止血的安全性和有效性。方法选择接受经皮股动脉穿刺脑血管病介入治疗后应用动脉压迫止血器的患者50例,观察止血时间及制动时间,并观察患者不适及并发症。结果应用动脉压迫止血器术后止血操作及制动时间分别为(2.21±0.62)min和(11.78±2.16)min。患者术后不适症状的发生率较低。结论经股动脉脑血管病介入术后应用动脉压迫止血器止血的效果好,并发症少,患者舒适度高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To study the effectiveness and safety of artery constricting hemostat in patients after pereutaneous coronary intervention. Methods Total 50 patients undergoing interventional treatment of cerebrovaseular disease through femoral artery puncture adopted the artery constricting hemostat to stop bleeding. The operation of stopping bleeding, time of restrain, situations of comfort and relative adverse effects were observed. Results The time of operation of stopping bleeding and restrain were （2. 21±0. 62） minutes and （ 11.78±2. 16） minutes respectively. The incidence of eomfortlcssness and the relevant adverse effects were low. Conclusion Artery constricting hemostat is effective and safe in the patients after eerebrovaseular disease interventional operation. We recommended that artery constricting hemostat be used in these patients.
