摘要
目的 探讨氦氖激光血管内照射治疗(ILIB) 脑损伤对血液流变学的影响及其作用机理。方法 采用前瞻性临床对照研究,将颅脑外伤患者随机分为:ILIB组(30 例) 和对照组(30 例),观察治疗前后的血液流变学变化。结果 与对照组相比,发现ILIB 能明显降低血沉、红细胞压积、全血比粘度、全血比还原粘度、血浆比粘度、红细胞聚集指数(P< 0 .05 ~0 .01)。结论 氦氖激光血管内照射能有效地改善脑损伤后的血液流变学状态,这对改善微循环,减轻继发性脑水肿和神经功能损伤有重要临床意义。
Objective In order to study the effect of He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation therapy on hemorrheology of patients with head injury and its mechanism.Methods Using the prospective study,60 cases with head injury were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(each=30):The treatment group patients were radiated with He-Ne laser(I.V.),once a day,60min for seven days.The control group patients were only received the conservative medications.Then,the hemorrheological indexes were measured and compared before and after the treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the ESR,hematocrit,whole blood viscosity,blood reduction viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index in treatment group were significantly decreased(P<0.05-0.01).Conclusion The study shows that He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation therapy improves the hemorrheology effectively,resulting in relief of brain edema and neural function damage for head injury.It is beneficial to improvement of microcirculation.
