HPLC法测定血再生片中丹酚酸B的含量

Determination of Puerarin in Xuezaisheng Teblets by HPLC

目的:建立血再生片中丹酚酸B含量测定的方法。方法:采用HPLC法,选用UltimateTM XB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30:10:1:59)为流动相,检测波长为286 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:线性范围为A=84413C-30110,r=0.99999(n=6),平均回收率为99.48%,RSD%=1.31%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于血再生片的质量控制。

Objective：To determine content of Salvianolic acid B in Xuezaisheng Teblets by HPLC.Method：UltimateTM XB-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）was used,and the methanol-acetonitrile-methanoic acid-eater（30：10：1：59）was served as mobile phase,and it＇s flowrate was 1.0 ml/min,wave length of determining was 270 nm.Result：The linearity range was within A=84413C-30110,r=0.99999（n=6）.The average recovery was 99.48%,RSD%=1.31%.Conclusion：This method is simple,sensitive, and accurative.
