Positive psychology has very close relationship with one＇s personality and success factors.In the daily management work,we should cultivate students＇ positive psychological qualities and educate students to fully recognize the phases of success.Using positive psychology for class management should establish success target,have a concept to change fate,create a collective atmosphere of pursuing success and improve the whole class psychological qualities.
