摘要
"双师型"教师队伍的实质就是"双师素质"教师与兼职教师队伍,示范性高职院校"双师型"教师队伍建设,也就是"双师素质"教师与兼职教师队伍建设,其可持续发展必须坚持以人为本原则、可持续原则、服务社会原则,要通过思想观念建设——对策措施建设——实践反馈的不断优化循环的路径与对策建设。
The essence of "double-qualified" teaching staff is "double-qualified" teachers and part-time teachers and the construction of "double-qualified" teaching staff in demonstrated higher vocational colleges is the construction of the "double-qualified" teachers and part-time teachers.Its sustainable development must adhere to the people-oriented principle,sustainable principle and service society principle.The construction should be a continuously optimized and periodic path: ideology construction—countermeasures construction—practice feedback.
