α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

Curative Effect of α-Lipoic Acid on Peripheral Neuropathy in Type 2 Diabetes

目的观察α-硫辛酸(ALA)对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的疗效及安全性。方法选择符合诊断标准的64例患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,治疗组(n=34):ALA 600 mg加入生理盐水250 ml中静滴,1次/d;对照组(n=30):丹参20 ml加入生理盐水250 ml中静滴,1次/d;疗程均为3周,观察治疗前后两组血糖、血脂、临床症状、肌电图神经传导速度的变化情况。结果两组血糖、血脂变化无明显差异。治疗组TSS评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),且患者的麻木、疼痛、烧灼感等感觉性症状评分也比治疗前和对照组明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗组患者总体满意度为91.2%,而对照组仅16.7%对疗效满意(P<0.01)。结论 ALA可有效改善2型糖尿病患者的周围神经病变,且无不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the effect of ct-lipoic acid （ALA） on diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods 64 type 2 diabetic patients complicated with DPN were randomly divided into 2 groups：treatment group （n = 34）, receiving ALA 600 mg/d in normal saline 250 ml given by intravenous drip infusion once a day;and control group（ n = 30） , administered with radix salviae 20 ml by intravenous drip infusion once a day ; the course was three weeks. Blood glucose, lipid, nervous symptoms, conduction velocity of the two groups were compared before and after the treatment. Results There were no significant differences in glucose and lipid. The TSS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. The symptom scores of numbness,painful sensation, and burning sensation reduced significantly after ALA treatment. But there were no significant differences in these symptoms after the management in the control group. The total gratification rate of the treatment group was 91. 2% （ 31/34 ）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 16. 7%, 5/30, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ALA can effectively improve the symptoms of DPN patients with no adverse reactions.
