北京交通大学教职工脂肪肝患病情况调查

Survey on Prevalence of Fatty Liver in Faculty of Beijing Jiaotong University

目的近年来高校教职工随着血脂异常、糖尿病患病的增加,脂肪肝已经成为威胁高校教职工生命安全的疾病,因此了解我校教职工脂肪肝与血脂异常、糖尿病的相关性,从而针对性的探讨我校教职工脂肪肝防控。方法采用回顾性调查,对北京交通大学教职工2008～2009年健康体检资料,录入微机,进行对比分析。结果北京交通大学教职工2008～2009年脂肪肝患病率分别为31.19%和34.65%;患病率增加幅度最大的年龄段是35岁以下,其次为55～65岁之间;通过图表判断,糖尿病与脂肪肝患病之间存在清晰的正比例相关性,同时追溯教职工自身行为与工作特点与糖尿病患病关联性,从而间接地控制和预防脂肪肝的发生。结论减轻体重、纠正血脂异常、降低糖尿病患者的血糖对防治脂肪肝具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the correlations between the fatty liver and the dyslipidemia and diabetes mellitus and the prevention and control measures for the fatty liver in our school. Methods The physical examination data of the staffs in Beijing Jiaotong University from 2008 to 2009 were collected and anaIyzed retrospectively. Results The incidence rate of fatty liver were 31.19% in the year 2008 and 34.65 % in 2009;it increased obviously in the age group under 35 years old, followed by the age group 55 to 65 years old. The diabetes was positive correlated to the fatty liver in the staffs of our school. Conclusion To reduce the bodyweight of staffs, correct the dyslipidemia, and decrease the blood glucose of the diabetics can effectively prevent and control the fatty liver.
