摘要
目的:探讨经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)后白细胞膜表面粘附分子表达的变化。 方法:以行常规冠状动脉造影的11 例冠心病患者为对照组,21 例行单支冠状动脉选择性PTCA 冠心病患者为PTCA组;用流式细胞仪直接免疫荧光法检测术前、术后30 分钟中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜表面CD11b、CD49d 和CD54表达。 结果:PTCA后中性粒细胞和单核细胞膜表面CD11b 及CD49d 表达明显升高(P均< 0.01),而CD54 表达无明显变化;对照组冠状动脉造影前后细胞粘附分子表达无显著差异。 结论:PTCA可使冠心病患者外周血中性粒细胞和单核细胞激活,并上调粘附分子CD11b 及CD49d
Objective:To investigate changes in the expression of adhesion molecule on leukocytes in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA). Methods:The expression of adhesion molecule CD11b,CD54 and CD49d on neutrophils and monocytes were measured by direct immunofluorescence techniques associated with flow cytometry before and 30 min after PTCA in 21 patients undergoing elective coronary angioplasty,11 CAD patients who underwent coronary arteriography were served as control group. Result:After PTCA,there were an increase in neutrophils and monocytes CD11b and CD49d expression( p <0 01),but no changes in CD54 expression.In the control subjects,no changes in adhesion molecule expression occurred. Conclusion:These findings suggest that PTCA triggers leukocytes activation in circulation and upregulates adhesion molecule CD11b and CD49d expression.
