College enrollment expansion makes the provision of learning support service become the trend.The social softwares,because of their easy to use features,become an effective tool to provide learning support service.The paper explains,combined with（multimedia） course,the use of blog,Moodle,Wiki and other social softwares,the strategies of providing learning support service at colleges and universities.It also raises several issues as to the use of social softwares to provide learning support service that need to think about.
