摘要
介绍了双套管紊流式气力输送技术的原理、特点。通过采用静压输送、自动消堵、高压预警、气粉浓度调节、管道变径、气源干燥处理等措施,使双套管紊流式气力输送技术在兴澄特钢烧结生石灰输送系统中得到成功应用,有效改善了生产环境,提高了输送效率。
This article introduces the principles and distinguishing features of the double-tube turbulent compressed-air conveying technique.By means of adopting isobaric conveying,self-eliminating the jams,early warning for high pressure,adjusting the concentration of the powder with gas,reducing diameter of the pipeline,desiccating the gas source and so on varied technical measures,applies successfully the double-tube turbulent compressed-air conveying technique in sintering calcium lime transportation system of Xingchen Special Steel plant,improves effectively the manufacturing environment,and increases the transmission efficiency.
