摘要
通过对火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定不锈钢中高含量镍的实验过程分析,建立了该法测定不锈钢中镍不确定度评定的数学模型,计算了各不确定度分量、合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,找出影响测定不确定度的主要因素。
The experiment process for determination of high content of nickel in stainless steel by FAAS was analyzed.The mathematical model for evaluation of the uncertainty in determining content of nickel in stainless steel by FAAS was established.Each uncertainty component,their combination standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were computed.These major factors of uncertainty resulting from determining process were found out.
