血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶及S100B蛋白在新生儿窒息脑损伤诊断中的意义 被引量:1

摘要 新生儿窒息是围产期小儿病死和导致伤残的重要原因之一[1].早期诊断和正确评估新生儿窒息的严重程度及预后有重要的临床意义.窒息新生儿由于脑组织严重损伤可发生缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)和(或)新生儿颅内出血[2].血清S100B蛋白、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)在新生儿窒息患者早期发生变化,与病情的严重程度有一定关系.本研究旨在通过检测临床诊断为不同程度窒息的足月新生儿血清NSE和S100B蛋白浓度水平的变化,探讨其在新生儿窒息脑损伤早期诊断及病情评估中的意义.
