With Project as the Dominant Factor to Change Teaching Philosophy, Improve Teaching Quality

摘要 通过参加“NYP办学理念与教学管理”研修班的学习,进一步了解了新加坡南洋理工学院(NYP)职业技术教育的办学经验、办学策略及办学优势。在此背莆下,本文介绍了NYP在“人力开发经验与办学优势”、“教学与项目开发活动”、“学术管理系统与专业教学开发”及“教学企业项目平台实施经验”等方面与“项目”相关的实施情况,并且效果显著,值得国内高职院校学习和效仿。 By participating the short-training course of "NYP educational philosophy and teaching management", we learn more about Singapore's Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP) vocational technical education experience, educational policy and educational advantages. In this context, the paper introduces four aspects of the implementation of project in details. They are the "human development experience and educational advantages"."teaching and project development activities" . "academic management systems and professional teaching development" and "implementation experience in the platform for teaching enterprise project". Its results are obvious. It is worth learning and to emulate for domestic vocational college.
