隐睾大鼠生精上皮多核细胞的动态观察 被引量:3

DYNAMIC OBSERVATION OF POLYNUCLEAR CELLS IN SPERMATOGENIC EPITHELIUM OF RATS AFTER ARTIFICIAL CRYPTORCHISM

摘要 目的:研究热作用对睾九生精过程影响中多核细胞的出现、类型、消失及生物学意义,为男性抗生育提供形态学资料。方法:人工隐睾术后2~70天取出大鼠睾丸和附睾,Bouin和Susa液固定,石蜡切片,光镜观察。结果:术后3天,少数曲细精管出现个别的多核细胞,为精子细胞型和精母细胞型;术后4天,附睾管头段可见多核细胞;术后6天,多数曲细精管出现较多的多核细胞,附睾管各段也显著增多,尾段可见核裂解与核消失;术后15天始很少见。结论:隐睾术后热作用影响生精过程,使受损生精细胞核分裂而脆质不分裂等形成多核细胞。术后3天出现,6天始增多,15天后开始消失。消失方式包括,在由细精管与附睾内碎解和排出体外。隐睾术后多核的形成是热作用使生精细胞损伤后的反应性变化。 Objective: The effect of heat action on the appearance, types, disappearance and biological meanings of polynuclear cells in the process of spermiogenesis was studied to provide a morpho- logical data for male antifertilization. Methods: 2-70 days after the artificial cryptorchism, the testes and epididymides were taken out, and some of them were put into paraffin section, and then were observed under light microscope. Results: 3 days after the operation, only verty small amount of the polynuclear cells appeared in the seminiferous tubules. The polynuclear cells were composed of spermatid and spermatocytes. 4 days after the operation, the polynuclear cells ap- peatred in the head of the epididymal duct. 6 days after the operation, more polynuclear cells appeared in the seminiferous tubules and the epididymal duct, but the nuclear resolution and the nucleus in the end of the epididymal duct disappeared. The polynuclear cells began to increase 6 days after the operation and disappear 15 days aftet the operation. Conclusion: Heat action effected on the process of spermiogenesis and the polynuclear cells were formed 3 days after the cryp- torchism. The formation of the polynuclear cells after the cryptorchism is the result of reactive changes after the spermatogenic cells were damaged caused by,th, heat action.
