出院服药卡对脊柱结核患者服药依从性的影响

Influence of discharge medication card on medication compliance in patients with spinal tuberculosis

目的:探讨出院服药卡对脊柱结核患者服药依从性的影响。方法:对出院的140例脊柱结核患者随机分为对照组70例和实验组70例。对照组采用传统口头出院服药指导;实验组除给予传统的口头出院服药指导外,由护士向患者提供出院患者服药卡。结果:实验组出院后服药依从性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组比较有统计学意义。结论:脊柱结核出院患者服药卡能提高脊柱结核患者出院后的服药依从性,保证了有效的药物治疗,从而有效降低脊柱结核的复发率。

Objective：To investigate the discharge medication card on medication compliance in patients with spinal tuberculosis.Methods：140 cases of discharged patients with spinal tuberculosis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,70 cases in each group.The control group used the traditional oral medication discharged from the guide,the experimental group patients by the nurses to discharge patients with medication card.Results：Experimental group medication compliance after discharge was significantly higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Discharged patients with spinal tuberculosis medication card could inprove thr medication compliance after discharge and to ensure an effective drug treatment,so as to effectively reduce the recurrence rate of spinal tuberculosis.
