PUVA联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效观察及护理干预

Observation the clinical effect and nursing intervention of tacrolimus ointment combined with topical PUVA therapy vitiligo

目的:探讨运用他克莫司软膏外用联合PUVA局部照射治疗白癜风的疗效、安全性及护理对策。方法:将42例患者随机分为治疗组22例及对照组20例,治疗组予PUVA局部照射每周2次,外用0.1%他克莫司软膏(<12岁者用0.03%他克莫司软膏)每日2次,对照组采用常规药物治疗。比较两组的疗效及不良反应。结果:他克莫司软膏外用联合PUVA局部照射治疗白癜风与常规药物治疗组比较疗效无明显差异(P>0.05),但不良反应少(P<0.05)。联合治疗较单纯外用他克莫司软膏比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏外用联合PUVA局部照射治疗白癜风安全有效。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect,safety and nursing of tacrolimus ointment combined with topical PUVA therapy vitiligo.Methods：42 vitiligo patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=22）and control group（n=20）.The treatment group were given tacrolimus ointment（with 0.01% tacrolimus and two times a day,12 years old with 0.03% tacrolimus）combined with topical PUVA therapy（two times one week）;the control group were treated by normal drug therapy.To compare the effect and adverse reaction of two groups.Results：No statistical difference can be detected between the two groups（P0.05）,but their adverse reaction incidence had statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The study demonstrates that tacrolimus ointment combined with topical PUVA therapy were effective and safe in treatment of vitiligo.
