罪犯的教育改造是双向互动的过程,监狱干警对罪犯所施加的强制性的教育改造内容,只是外部影响因素,罪犯自我改造的主观能动性,才是提高教育改造质量的关键。为此,在罪犯教育改造中,应确立罪犯的主体性地位,充分保护罪犯合法权益,以激励罪犯的自我改造。
