社区矫正执行机构重设必要性及基本模式

Necessity and Fundamental Mode of Reestablishent of the Commenity Correction Implementing Agency

社区矫正机构的设置,直接影响着社区矫正工作的效率。司法所作为司法行政机关的基层组织,从事社区矫正工作有其自身的优势,但是,就目前来看,司法所基础设施薄弱、工作力量不足、队伍素质相对较低,并不适合作为社区矫正的执行机构。为此,应在县级司法行政部门下设社区矫正执行机构,推行垂直管理模式,组建以矫正官为主要力量的社区矫正工作队伍。

The establishment of community correction organization,has immediate influence on efficiency of the community correction work.As the basic-level organization of the judicature administrative organ,the local judicial station has its own superiority in the community work,at present,however,the infrastructure of the local judicial station is weak,the work is lack of strength,the troop quality is at relatively low status,it does not suit the implementing agency.Therefore,we should rectify the implementing agency at the county level,carrying out line management pattern,and sets up community correction officials staff as the main strength.
