摘要
针对通用ATS计量保障的实际要求和对测试资源特性的详细分析,提出了确定通用ATS总体技术指标所应该遵循的原则,并基于此原则,用LabWindows/CVI 9.0开发了一个通用ATS总体技术指标确定的工具,实现了确定总体技术指标的自动化,并由此便捷地得到更符合实际需要的ATS总体技术指标。将此总体技术指标存入数据库中,可以方便后续的计量检定/校准工作的开展,提高了工作效率,在实际项目开发中得到了良好的体现,具有较好的实用价值。
In order to satisfy the actual requirements of general ATS metrology,and analyze test resource characteristics,the author proposed the rules for confirming the total technical index of general ATS.Based on the rules,the author developed a tool to confirm the total technical index with LabWindows/CVI 9.0,which can automatically confirm the index.Then more actual confirmation method can be easily obtained.If the total technical index has been imputed into the database,the verification or calibration after that can be easily carried out,which can improve work efficiency.It had good practical value,which had been proved through practical project development.
