基于酰腙和酚羟基的阴离子受体合成及阴离子比色识别性能研究 被引量:6

Synthesis of receptors based on hydrazone and phenolichydroxyl and its colorimetric anion recognition properties

摘要 设计合成了一种基于酚羟基的酰腙类受体分子,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱考察了其与F-,CI-,Br-,I-,CH3COO-,H2PO4-,HSO4-,ClO4-的相互作用.结果表明,该类受体分子在DMSO溶液中既能识别中性的Br-和I-,也能比色识别碱性较强的F-,CH3COO-和H2PO4-,其中在加入Br-,I-时UV-VIS光谱产生蓝移,而在加入F-,CH3COO-,H2PO4-时UV-VIS光谱产生红移. A colorimetric anions receptor bearing phenol OH and NH groups are synthesized.The binding properties of the receptors with anions such as F-,CI-,Br-,I-,CH3COO-,H2PO-4,HSO-4 and ClO-4 are studied by UV-VIS.The results show that the receptor has a better selectivity for I-,Br-,and can bind F-,CH3COO-,H2PO-4.Adding F-,CH3COO-or H2PO-4 to the DMSO solution of receptor,red shift of the receptor UV-VIS absorption band has been observed,and adding Br-or I-to the DMSO solution of receptor,blue shift of the receptor UV-VIS absorption band has been observed.
