摘要
用辉光放电等离子体引发悬浮聚合法制备了丙烯酸酯类高吸油树脂,用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)和扫描电镜(SEM)对产品的结构、热稳定性和表面形貌进行了表征,对放电参数、交联剂的量进行了考察和讨论,同时研究了吸油速率和吸油动力学.结果表明,此法制备的高吸油树脂具有较高的吸油倍率和较快的吸油速率.
A highly oil-absorptive resin,poly(butyl acrylate),is prepared by suspension polymerization,which is initiated by glow-discharge electrolysis plasma(GDEP).The structure is characterized by means of attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR),thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The effects of the discharge voltage,discharge time and the amount of the crosslinking agent on the oil absorbency are examined and discussed in detail.The oil absorption selectivity and oil-absorption rate are also studied.Results indicate that the high oil-absorption resin prepared by GDEP has high oil absorbency and fast oil-absorption rate.
