超级胍胶压裂液体系研究与应用 被引量:12

摘要 海拉尔盆地低渗透储层物性条件复杂、敏感性强、易受伤害。为有效控制和降低压裂液对油层的伤害,进一步提高压裂效果,开发了满足低渗透储层压裂需要的低质量分数、低残渣、低伤害的超级胍胶压裂液配方体系。研制了新型增稠剂,攻关了新型交联剂XJL-2,优选了主要的添加剂。室内性能评价结果表明,该体系不同温度配方增稠剂使用质量分数比羟丙基胍胶降低了50%,压裂液的残渣含量降低了45%,具有优良的防膨、返排、破乳及降滤失性能。2009年在海拉尔盆地贝中区块低渗透储层试验应用了61口井,施工成功率达99.0%。对比同区块物性相近储层的15口井24个层超级胍胶压裂液施工效果,平均日产液强度为1.06t/m,比利用羟丙基胍胶压裂液的12口井22个层的平均产液强度提高了近20%,取得了较好的增产效果,值得推广应用。 The low-permeability reservoirs in Hailaer Basin are featured by complex reservoir properties, high sensitivity and prone to be damaged. Therefore, the super guar fracturing fluid formula system, with low concentration, low residue, low damage and being able to meet the requirement of low-permeability reservoir fracturing, is developed in order to effectively control and decline the damage of fracturing fluid to reservoir, and further improve fracturing effects. New thickening agent is developed, new crosslinker XJL-2 is created, and the main addition agents are optimized. Indoor performance evaluation indicates that the super guar fracturing fluid system has good capabilities of antiswelling, flowback, deemulsification and fluid loss control, with the concentration of thickening agent in this formula under different temperatures being 50% less than that of hydroxypropyl guar, and the content of fracturing fluid residue declining by 45%. The test is implemented in 61 wells in low-permeability reservoirs in Block Beizhong of Hailaer Basin in 2009, with success ratio of 99.0%. The average daily fluid production from 24 layers of 15 wells in the reservoirs with similar properties in the same block under the application of super guar is 1.06 t/m,about 22% higher than that from 22 layers of 12 wells under the application of hydroxypropyl guar fractu- ring fluid. Good stimulation effect has been achieved, and therefore super guar fracturing fluid system is worth popularizing.
