聚驱后高压泡沫复合驱油实验 被引量:11

摘要 为提高泡沫复合驱油技术在大庆油田聚驱后应用的可行性,利用高压泡沫驱油实验装置,考察了高压条件下发泡剂体系中聚合物浓度、系统回压、气液比等对泡沫复合驱油效率的影响。实验结果表明:在高压条件下,发泡剂体系中聚合物浓度在600~1000mg/L时,泡沫复合驱采收率较大;泡沫复合驱实验压力越高,驱油效果越差;气液比过大,易出现气体窜流现象,降低泡沫复合驱的效果,气液比为1:1时泡沫复合驱提高采收率效果最好。考虑到实际油层和剪切降解情况,建议选择聚合物浓度为1000mg/L。 In order to improve the feasibility of foam combination flooding technology in Daqing Oilfield after polymer flooding, the high-pressure foam flooding equipment is used to investigate the influence of polymer concentration, system backprcssure and gas/liquid ratio of the foaming agent system on the displacement efficiency of foam eombination flooding at high pressure. The experimental result shows that: when the polymer concentration in foaming agent system is between 600 - 1 000 mg/L at high pressure, the recovery factor of foam combination flooding is relatively high. The higher the pressure of foam combination flooding is, the worse the displacement effect is. If the gas/liquid ratio is too big, the phenomenon of gas channeling tends to appear easily, which reduces the effect of foam combination flooding ; when the gas/liquid ratio is 1 : 1, the effect of foam combination flooding on enhancing oil recovery is the best. Considering the actual reservoir conditions and shear degradation, the suggested polymer concentration is 1 000 mg/L.
