摘要
[目的]建立一种快速、简单、准确的茉莉清茶中咖啡因的测定方法。[方法]用三氯甲烷萃取茉莉清茶中的咖啡因,在276.5 nm波长下有最大吸收,其吸收值的大小与咖啡因浓度成正比,从而可定量。[结果]不必沉淀蛋白质,直接测定茉莉清茶中的咖啡因,咖啡因含量在0～20μg/mL浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,相关系数r=1.000 0,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.11%,回收率为94.8%～95.9%。[结论]不必沉淀蛋白质,直接用三氯甲烷萃取茉莉清茶中咖啡因的方法,操作简单,能满足分析要求。
[Objective] The aim was to establish a rapid method for determination of caffeine in Jasmine officinal.[Method] Caffeine was extracted by chloroform and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometer with wave 276.5 nm in Jasmine officinal.[Result] Do without deposit protein,determine caffeine directly in Jasmine Officinal,the linear region was 0～20 μg/mL,regression coefficient was 1.000 0.The recover ratio was between 94.8% and 95.9%,RSD=1.11%.Thus the method was applied to determine caffeine and obtained a good result.[Conclusion] Do without deposit protein;determine caffeine directly in Jasmine officinal was a convenient method.
