摘要
疟原虫抗原B表位NKND是由本所寄生虫免疫室与分子生物学研究室合作发现的一个疟疾抗原表位。它存在于多种不同的疟原虫分离株。在其C末端加上一个D可以增强它与抗体的结合能力[1]。我们人工合成NKNDD和CST3的寡核昔酸片段并将之串联后插入沙门氏菌鞭毛蛋白表达载体。斑点杂交得到阳性克隆。序列分析鉴定为2拷贝NKNDD与2拷贝CST3的串联体。
A new conserved B-cell epitope of Malaria eothrocytic stagc protein, NKND, wasfirstly reported by Chinese scientists. And CS.T, is a well-known T-cell epitope. We synthesizedoligonucleotides encoding NKNDD and CS.T, and linked them together- Then the complex gene wasinserted into Salmonella fiagellin expressing vector. Dot blot and DNA sequencing revealed arecombinant containing two copy NKNDD and two copy CS.T,
