随着社会和经济的发展,人力资源作为最宝贵的资源,在国有企业经营管理中的作用越来越重要。结合我国国有企业人力资源管理现状,分析存在的问题并探讨解决对策。
With the development of society and economy,human resource has become the most valuable resource and has played an even more important role in the state-owned enterprise management.The article analyzes existing problems and explores measures by taking into account the current human resource management situation.
