摘要
以刚玉质浇注料为研究对象,将基质中的α-Al2O3细粉部分用γ-Al2O3代替,观察对浇注料中温下力学性能的影响。制备γ-Al2O3含量分别为0%、2%、4%、6%(wt%)试样,尺寸宽高长为40 mm×40 mm×160 mm。将获得的试样在中温1100℃保温处理3小时后,测量试样的线变化率、抗折强度、显气孔率、体积密度,并对试样进行了SEM扫描,观察浇注料的微观形貌,探讨影响机理。结果表明:经1100℃处理后,随着γ-Al2O3加入量的增多,试样的线变化由线性膨胀转为线性收缩、显气孔率增大、体积密度减小、抗折强度降低;扫描电镜下观察到试样的结构较疏松。
α-Al2O3 powder in matrix of corundum castables was replaced by γ-Al2O3,the influence on its mechanical properties after sintered at mid-temperature was observed.Samples were prepared respectively,in which 0%,2%,4%,6% of α-Al2O3 were substituted by the same amount of γ-Al2O3 powder.Sample dimensions are 40mm×40mm×160mm.Corundum castables with γ-Al2O3 were sintered at temperature 1100 ℃ for 3 hours,then linear change rate,flexural strength,apparent porosity,bulk density and SEM scanning were studied.Results show that after sintered at temperature of 1100 ℃,the increase of γ-Al2O3 makes samples linear change from expansion to shrinkage;apparent porosity is increased;bulk density and flexural strength are decreased;materials structure are loose at SEM view.
