银催化工业甲醇生产甲醛的影响因素实验的研究 被引量:1

摘要 以工业甲醇通过气固相催化装置催化氧化生产甲醛,通过L16(45)正交试验考察了各种因素对甲醛产率的影响。结果表明:影响甲醛产率的因素主要有反应温度、氧醇比、水醇比、反应时间,影响大小依次是反应时间>氧醇比>水醇比>反应温度;条件为反应温度540℃、水醇比60%、氧醇比0.44、反应时间9 h条件下甲醇催化氧化生产甲醛产率高。该实验为正确使用工业甲醇生产甲醛提供了科学依据。 Formaldehyde was prepared by using semi-finished methanol as raw material by gas-solid catalytic cracking unit,the experiment is a study of various factors on the production rate of formaldehyde by L16(45) orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the influencing factors on the production rate of formaldehyde were reaction temperature,ratio of oxygen and methanol,ratio of water and methanol and reaction time.The order of influencing was as follows:reaction time,ratio of oxygen and methanol,ratio of water and methanol,reaction temperature.The obtained optimum conditions were reaction temperature 540 ℃,ratio of water and methanol 60%,ratio of oxygen and methanol 0.44,reaction time 9 hours.The experiment provides a scientific basis to formaldehyde prepared by using industrial methanol appropriately.
