摘要
随着杨树Populus spp.育种工作的发展,出现许多新的品种和无性系。为进一步研究其抗病性,采用相对抗病指数针对57个杨树种、品种(无性系)对叶锈病Melampsora rostrupii抗性进行了调查和分析。结果表明:供试的57个树种、品种(无性系)对杨树叶锈病的抗性表现出很大的差异,发病率为0~100%,病情指数为0~82.1,相对抗性指数为0~100;18个种、品种(无性系)表现为高抗,占供试总数的31.58%;6个种、品种(无性系)表现为中抗,占供试总数的10.53%;15个种、品种(无性系)表现为低抗,占供试总数的26.32%;10个中度感病种、品种(无性系),占供试总数的17.54%;8个高度感病种、品种(无性系),占供试总数的14.04%。不同杂交组合的相对抗性指数差异显著,同一杂交组合的不同种、品种(无性系)间抗性出现明显的分化。
Many new cultivars and clones followed stock breeding of poplar.Here,resistance to a leaf rust Melampsora rostrupii with 57 poplar species or cultivars was studied using a pathogenic index and a confrontational index.Results revealed strong differences among the 57 hybrid poplars for resistance to the leaf rust.The incidence rate was 0-100% with a disease index of 0-82.1 and a confrontational phase index of 0-100.For poplar species or cultivars(clones) 18(31.6%) showed high resistance to the rust,6(10.5%) showed mid-resistance,15(26.3%) showed low resistance,10(17.5%) showed mid-susceptibility,and 8(14.0%) showed high susceptibility.Thus,different poplar hybrid combinations from the same cross showed diversity in resistance to this leaf rust.
