合肥市中学校舍抗震加固

我国是一个多地震发生的国家,1976年唐山大地震及2008年四川汶川大地震造成了数拾万人的伤亡及数百亿元的经济损失。合肥位于山东郯城至安徽庐江大断裂带上,党中央国务院决定于2010年在暑假期间对合肥市中小学校的校舍进行抗震检测及加固是非常正确的决定。我院共承担8所中学校舍的抗震加固设计,在学校秋季开学前完工并交付使用。本文除了对校舍的抗震加固设计进行了具体的介绍外,另外对房屋的抗震设防管理,房屋设计使用年限,以及高校的抗震加固,提出了看法,以便为抗震减灾决策参考。
