摘要 以南方电网某水电厂为例,研究其机组在AGC环境下的稳定运行问题。该电厂在AGC和一次调频投入后,转轮裂纹产生加速,调速器机械部分磨损加大,导致较为严重的漏油漏水,维护工作量大大增加,严重影响机组稳定运行。针对这些情况,通过各种分析,寻找导致上述后果的原因,给出了解决问题的措施,可供类似电厂机组运行参考。 Take a hydropower plant of the China Southern Power Grid as an example,the units operation stability unedr the condition of AGC is studied.After AGC operation and frequency regulation,the runner cracking is accelerated and the wear of governor's mechanical parts is increased,which results in more oil leakage and water leakage as well as more maintenance workload.It brings about a bad effect on units operation stability.In accordance with these situations,we finally find out the reasons leading to the above results through variety of analysis.Furthermore,the resolutions are given so that the similar plants can take it as a reference.
